WHAT IS THE PROCESSING TIME?
All items are handmade to order, and current processing time is 10-15 business days (2 - 3 weeks).
We do everything we can to get your orders out so you can get your pawsies on them as quickly as possible!
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION OR RETURN POLICY?
PURRSCO is not accepting exchanges if the incorrect size/material was purchased. Due to the nature of our handmade products, we are not accepting returns either, as each order is sized to fit your pet.
Measure your pet and follow our sizing guide before placing an order.
If you have any questions, please contact us.
No refunds will be offered due to the destruction of an item. Our products are not meant to be indestructible and may tear if left unattended.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
All products will be shipped one business day after completion. You will receive a confirmation email for your order along with the tracking number once shipped.
Once the package is shipped out, we rely on the postal services to deliver your order.
DO YOU OFFER CANADA & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
PURRSCO is accepting orders worldwide. However, due to covid related delays, some shipping times may increase significantly.
We will not be responsible for any import taxes or fees.
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS:
We recommend you to spot clean or hand wash in cold water.
Lay flat and air dry. Do not put in dryer.
Mild iron as needed. Do not iron tags or snap buttons.
For metallic fabric with shimmer accents, iron under a protective sheet.
NOTES:
Due to the nature of the fabric print, not all accessories will look the same. The print will be slightly different for each accessory.
DISCLAIMER:
Please do not leave accessories or toys unsupervised with your furbabies. Items may become choking hazards if left unattended.
